Around The Web
Well the week’s at a close, here’s a roundup of things that you may have missed or would find entertaining to read.
Twitterdobe
How many of you here use twitter? I do, you can follow me here, and if you want to know where the Adobe team is on twitter then read this post put together by Serge Jespers to find the who’s who of Adobe there.
I also found the FWA on twitter, thought you guys might like that as I saw from most of the interviews that everyone looks there for inspiration.
Pretty Loaded
This is a fun little site that shows some of the most creative preloaders made in Flash. I know the authors on FlashDen just looove making preloaders. Well, here’s something to keep you busy ![]()

I chanced upon this amazing presentation site called Prezi.com which lets you show your presentations in a very cool format. Using Flash, of course.
Kerpoof is another Flash based community site where a kid can let their creative genius run rampant and do all sorts of things. They were recently acquired by the Walt Disney Company.
News
Adobe announced that it’s fully featured Flash version will be available on many mobile phones by 2010. Is it just me or do I NOT see all the hoopla surrounding that? I guess because I don’t use my phone for anything else other than conversations. Maybe I’m just getting old?
I’m not going to post another Apple/iPhone/Flash story or even delve into any aspect of it.
Don’t forget to get your entries in for the Flex Competition.
Oh, if you are looking for work, Envato is looking for a Flash tutorial writer for their next upcoming site called FLATUTS.
Enjoy your weekend!

I love the idea of prezi.com. I am definately going to try it out for a presentation soon.
