Hi Tinku,
You can only use images in the asset library in FlashDen files for sale. You cannot use them for other projects or for files for sale on other marketplaces. Contact Support if you need further clarification.
Thanks!

Hi Arriba,
This question actually came up recently in house. After looking into it we decided that as long as the tween was clearly attributed as you suggest then there's no problem.
I hope that helps!

I have a concrete question about some tween clases and if are they available to include into uploaded flash files.

I have many items to upload, they use some tween classes that are available to free download and free use, (Zeh Fernando, author of the famous MC Tween) says, for example:

"Anyone can use it freely on their own work, be it open-source, free, or commercial work. While I do not enforce it, I do ask for credit where credit's due - use common sense and don't be a leech. "

Also he include into the MC Tween, the Robert Penner´s equations (i know everybody know this too)

Here is the entire disclaimer & copyright link to this:
http://hosted.zeh.com.br/mctween/author.html

So, if i provide the origial source url, i make clear the class i´m using is not mine in help and comments, can i include the .as file/s into the zip file to make easy for the posible buyier to customize? I know the most of the buyiers don´t like the idea to download something else to make the file work. Is not the case for people with some actionscript knoweldge, but i´m sure the most of the buyiers are not in that cases.

So, if someone, with more knoweldge in this, can give an answer about this, would be great.

Thanks a lot. :)
